Is the community really free?

Yes. WhatsApp, Facebook, meetups, and the newsletter are free. Olivia’s therapy practice is separate and paid.

Who can join?

Expecting and new moms across LA. Most babies are 0 to 12 months, but there is no hard cutoff.

Can I bring my baby to meetups?

Yes. Babies, strollers, feeds, and outfit changes are expected.

Where are the meetups?

Across LA, usually monthly. Details appear in the private groups.

I’m pregnant—is it too early to join?

No. Joining while pregnant can make postpartum feel less lonely. Olivia also sees expecting moms.

Is the community group therapy?

No. This is peer support, not therapy or medical care. Olivia’s private practice is separate.

Does Olivia take insurance?

Olivia is private pay and offers members a special rate. Ask about fees, availability, and superbills during the free consultation.

How do I talk to Olivia?

The resource-suggestion form sends the resource name, contact details, recommendation, and optional email to Olivia through Formspree. Submissions are stored in Formspree and emailed to Olivia for review. Your email, if provided, is used for follow-up about your suggestion, not newsletter signup. Suggestions are not automatically published. Do not submit private health information or another person's personal story.
